Ladybug Designs reserves the right to occasionally, substitution of flowers, plants, or containers may occur due to local and seasonal availability and/or time sensitive deliveries. We take the utmost care to ensure the same style and color scheme of the arrangement is maintained with equal or upscaled similar blooms.

For everyone’s peace of mind during these trying times, we’ve introduced a truly contact-free delivery. How will it work? We will place the flowers on the doorstep, knock on the recipient’s door and then stand back at a safe distance when they answer their door. They’ll be no hand-to-hand contact and no need to provide a signature on delivery and if your recipient is in self-isolation or unable to answer, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe place and leave a note on the door.
